DELA Company s. r. o. has been on the employment and staffing agency market since 2005. Since the creation of our company, we have been successful in establishing cooperation with many companies that asked us to loan them workers for their operations on both short-term and long-term basis.Our company holds a Permit to Broker Employment issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. We guarantee our clients that all our services are provided fully in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

We specialise in leasing (temporary assignment) of employees based on the client's requirements in the mechanical engineering industry and our focus is entirely on providing blue-collar workers. At the time when the company was founded, it was only active in the Czech Republic, but we gradually entered also the slovakian, hungarian, german, french and belorussian markets, so today our employees work successfully not only in the Czech Republic, but in the whole European Union. Our employees have adequate authorisations and certifications as well as many years of experience in their fields to perform the required work.

Since the very beginning of our business activities, flexibility has been the most important aspect of our work, as we are aware that the increased need of labour is usually very sudden; for this reason, it is our priority to react very quickly to the demands of our clients.
