We offer employee leasing of blue-collar workers

The DELA Company s. r. o. has been on the employment and staffing agency market since 2005. Our company holds a Permit to Broker Employment issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. We guarantee our clients that all our services are provided fully in accordance with the valid legislation. We specialise in leasing (temporary assignment) of employees based on the client's requirements in the mechanical engineering industry and our focus is entirely on providing blue-collar workers. At the time when the company was founded, it was only active in the Czech Republic, but we gradually entered also the Slovakian, Hungarian, Polish, German, French and Belarussian markets, so today our employees work successfully not only in the Czech Republic, but in the whole European Union.
